Customer Care Call Centre - Luton Customer Care Training Team Member Salary £26,000 pro rata This is a Full time Mon - Fri temporary post for 6 - 12 months maternity cover Purpose of the Role:To be responsible for the delivery, co-ordination and development of training for the European Customer Care Center. Reporting to the Human Resources & Training Manager
Responsibilities: · Train new employees in the client standards*procedures, within the required time scales and to documented standards. · Highlight to the HRM any problems with the quality of new starters entering training thereby improving the recruitment process. · Deliver and enhance existing training programs in line with EDS and the clients best practices. · Deliver soft skills training with emphasis on customer care practice and procedures. · Liaising with internal*external subject matter experts. · Co-ordinate and schedule training programmes. · Create structured reports and provide feedback to Senior Management posts. · Conduct training assessments, produce analyse reports and make recommendations. · Carry out additional tasks as required from time to time and designated by HR*Training Manager
Skills: · Is proficient in - Lotus Notes - MS Office · Good organisational and administrative skills. · Good interpersonal skills. · European language skills an advantage.

Qualifications · Siebel experience essential accreditation is desirable · Accredited Qualification in training development and delivery (or can demonstrate equivalent experience)
